We operate our business Tuesday - Friday 8 am to 5pm and Saturday 8 am to 4pm. We believe in maintaining solid hours with a personal touch so we accept appointments, stop-ins, or even a simple chat via phone or in-person during our business hours. We strive to handle all questions, quotes, and even appointment reminders in house, one-on-one, and in the same day. Our salons boast a 100% call back rate and we use industry leading software that allows us to capture everything from grooming sessions, pet concerns, digital photos, customer input, and even pet health records. This system also allows for easy payment processing and invoicing.
